Ms. Roberts is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of AOG and OGL. She also Chairs the Board of its subsidiaries in Bermuda, Barbados and the United States, except for the U.S. holding company Old American Capital Corp. Since 1993, Ms. Roberts has provided consulting and arbitration-related services to the domestic and international reinsurance industries, and is an ARIAS-U.S. certified arbitrator and umpire, as well as being listed as an arbitrator for ARIAS (UK). From 1981 through 1993, Ms. Roberts held various senior positions at three companies within the Swiss Reinsurance Group. She holds an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
